How it works

1. Place your order
2. Send a photo of your pet to julisummerss@gmail.com
3. Receive a hand-drawn portrait of your beloved pet

Photo requirements

Please read carefully - poor quality photos cannot be used for the portrait.

• Natural daylight only - no flash, no dark or dim rooms
• Shot straight at eye level - not from above, not from the side
• Face fully visible - no hands, toys, or objects blocking the view
• Sharp and in focus - blurry photos will not be accepted
• One pet per portrait only

Shipping

Shipping is included in the price. Worldwide delivery. Delivery time varies by destination - typically 2-4 weeks. Please note that for some remote regions delivery may not be available. If you're unsure, feel free to contact before ordering: julisummerss@gmail.com
